RETURN POLICY:

Tistabene has struck a balance between what makes sense and what is fair to its consumers when it comes to returns/refunds. When properly thought out and presented to staff and customers, a No Return, No Refund Policy may be beneficial.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Tistabene states that customers can only exchange items if there would a manufacturing defect, or found wrong stated product arrived, unless and until the above-mentioned condition or some special problems  there won't be any exchange of products,
